When we first launched white and shiny we had a lot of difficulties with the recruitment of the crew as it has to be only from the Philippines, I was so peaky at that time i wanted everything to be unique , i was building an identity for a whole new brand ,then we faced plenty of other difficulties with suppliers ,drivers and pros .
To make your business not competitive to any other business then you need to work on details and quality ,It was very challengy for us but we made it happen.
Today we are well experienced and we know that we are growing very fast in UAE , our pipeline is expanding , the crew even the vehicles.
